The hardest thing in life

is to learn which bridges

is to learn which bridges

to cross and which to burn

to cross and which to burn

I collaborate with a team of professionals from various specialized disciplines in order to provide a comprehensive multidisciplinary approach.

I utilize a short-term, solution based, goal oriented approach employing a variety of therapeutic interventions including, psycho-dynamic, cognitive and behavioral therapies.  However, I believe that every person is unique and responds better to a more individualized treatment approach.  For this reason, I create a personalized plan with each client that will meet their individual needs.
